Research Projects: Complaint Improvement Project (CIP)
Purpose of Project:
Provide information that will enable CMS and the States to improve their
nursing home complaint investigation processes, improve abuse and neglect
prevention efforts, and respond more effectively to reports of abuse and
neglect.
Project Duration: September 1999 to September 2001
