Research Projects: Improving Health Outcomes for High Risk Long Term Care Consumers Labeled as Non-Compliance

Purpose of Project:

CHSRA is collaborating on this project with the UW School of Nursing to improve health outcomes of Wisconsin Family Care program consumers who are historically non-compliant with treatment recommendations relating to management of diabetes and/or multiple medications. Research activities related to curriculum development include interviews with program enrollees, focus groups with staff and literature review.
