WCCEAL Development and Infrastructure
Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) funding for the Wisconsin Coalition for Collaborative Excellence in Assisted Living (WCCEAL) has supported the initial and ongoing infrastructure development for WCCEAL. Activities include but are not limited to ongoing support for the monthly WCCEAL collaborative meetings; creation and ongoing maintenance of the WCCEAL website; and development, testing and implementation of the reporting infrastructure for the resident satisfaction and quality improvement measures as well as benchmark reports. DHS funding also supports WCCEAL research activities such as an early adopter analysis and initial evaluation of open-ended questions in the resident satisfaction survey and the online quality improvement measures.
