Improving Nursing Home Enforcement

Purpose of Project

CHSRA is a subcontractor on this project and has five subtasks:

  • Policy Paper on the Use of Surveillance Cameras in Nursing Homes
  • Assess the Implementation of ASPEN Complaint/Incident Tracking System (ACTS)
  • The Development and Testing of Complaint Investigative Procedures
  • The Development and Testing of Criteria that Must be Included in a Facility Incident Report
  • Final Report
